Terms of Service
The agreement between EX0DUS Technologies and every person who opens an account on exodusgroup.tech.
1. The service
EX0DUS provides an online interface for discovering, funding and tracking investments. Funding, custody and settlement are performed by regulated payment and custody partners; EX0DUS Technologies does not itself hold client money.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and resident in a country we serve. Identity verification is required before an account can be funded, and access may be restricted by jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
Accounts may not be used for unlawful activity, market abuse, or attempts to circumvent security controls, rate limits or access restrictions.
4. No advice
Content on the platform is general information. EX0DUS does not provide personalised investment, tax or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own decisions.
5. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the service available and accurate, but we are not liable for investment losses, for market data supplied by third parties, or for interruptions outside our reasonable control.
