Data we collect
Your name, email address and phone number; identity documents supplied for verification; device, session and IP metadata; and a record of your activity, transactions and support messages.
Why we process it
To operate your account and process transactions (contract), to meet identity verification, anti-money-laundering and record-keeping obligations (legal duty), and to secure the service and improve the product (legitimate interests).
Sharing and retention
We share data only with the processors needed to run the service — identity verification, payments, email delivery, hosting and analytics — under contract. Account and transaction records are kept for the period required by financial record-keeping law, then deleted.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or object to processing through the contact form in our Help Center. We respond within 30 days, subject to records we must retain by law.
Security
Credentials are never stored in plaintext, secrets are held in environment configuration, and privileged actions are authorised server-side and audit-logged.
